【研究】What (else) can[do] you expect? で「他に何を期待できるだろうか」から「当然のことだ。」や「驚くことではない。」を意味することができます。

【研究】Expect me when you see me. で「いつ戻るかわからない。」「あてにしないで待っててね」くらいの意味します。これは口語的な表現です。
