・Gloria had the tenacity to follow through with the assignment, but she did not appreciate the way the conversation went. The caller lacked having autonomous behavior. Gloria had the integral parts to complete the project. (グロリアは課題をやり遂げる粘り強さはあったが、会話の進め方をよく思っていなかった。電話の相手は自律的な行動を持つことに欠けていた。グロリアはプロジェクトを完成させるための不可欠な要素は持ち合わせていた。)
