本日からは come の用法です。本ブログの性質上、基本的な用法は排除していきます。本日は、「現れる」「手に入る」を表す come を解説します。この come は原義性をあまり意識し過ぎると不自然になるので、文脈に応じた訳を当てるようにしましょう。
この come は前置詞 in, with, on などを伴うパターンと、形容詞や過去分詞を伴うパターンがあります。下記に例を挙げてみましょう。
(1) come + 前置詞句のパターン:
・This computer comes with Windows7 Home Premium (64-bit). (このコンピュータには Windows7 Home Premium (64 ビット版) が搭載されている。)
・The product comes with or without Microsoft Terminal Server CALs. (本製品には、Microsoftターミナルサーバー CAL を組み込んでいるものと組み込んでいないものがあります。) http://www.originate.ie/emailmarketingimages/1960/quick_messaging_guide_2410.pdf

(2) [be + 形容詞] の be の部分を come で置き換えるパターン:

(3) [be + 過去分詞] の be の部分を come で置き換えるパターン:
