本日も前回の用法の続きです。

・A couple of successful friends of mine in their middle ages told me that if they would die tomorrow, they would die happy because they accomplished more than most people ever dream of in a life time.  (中年期で成功を収めた友人数人が次のように語った。明日死ぬとしたら幸せに死ねる。それは大半の人が成し遂げられなかったことを生きている内に行えたからだ。)
