【研究】1. I can explain everything で「全てを説明できる」を意味します。2. これは文脈によっては「<まずい状況を見られて>(こうなった原因や状況を) 全部説明できるから」という意味にもなります。このフレーズを使用するときはほぼ何を言っても信用される可能性は低いといえる(かもしれません)。
