本日は番外編として「法人名 + who」の用法を扱います。
まずは、「法人」の定義を考えてみましょう。
1. 法人の定義:

2. 法人名 + 関係代名詞 [who, that, which]
上記の定義から分かるように、「法人」とは「法律が定める人」という意味です。ということは関係代名詞は who が正式用法になります。しかし、実際の英語では that を代用表現として使用し、which の用法まで認められているのが現状です。
