本日からは hand の用法です。

・Raise and lower fingers on your left hand and count one to five repeating each loop, then raise fingers on your right hand to track progress by counting once, six, twelve, eighteen, twenty-four, and thirty to complete round. (左手の指を上げ下げし、1～5と数えてそれぞれの輪を繰り返し、右手の指を上げて1回、6回、12回、18回、24回、30回と数えて進行状況を確認し、1周を終える。)
